Dress Code – General Guidelines

Girls & Adults

• Clothes should be clean and neat in appearance.
• Proper undergarments must always be worn and not be visible.
• Body piercing jewels should not be worn at Rainbow functions.  Earrings should be worn in the earlobes.
• Be sure shirts are long enough that there are no bare midriffs when arms are raised.
• Tattoo’s must be covered

Business Casual

Ladies & Girls

Dress/Skirt

• Length - Must not be more than 2" above the knee
• Color - Any color (black or navy skirt is acceptable)

Pants

• Dress pants (at the natural waistline, black or navy is acceptable)

Blouses

• Dress blouses or sweaters (not too short or too tight)

Pants/Bottoms

• No jeans, hip huggers, tight pants, miniskirts, tube tops, halter tops, clogs, flip flops or athletic shoes.

Socks

• Nylons, knee highs or Peds (Strictly enforced at Supreme Assembly)

Shoes

• Dress shoes (color appropriate to shirt or pants color, no higher than 3", sandals are not considered dress shoes)

Men

• Dress pants, dress shirt or polo shirt
• No T-shirts allowed

Formal Dress

Ladies & Girls

Dress, Skirt & Blouse

• Floor Length (maximum 2" off the floor)
• Tea Length (mid-calf)
• Color - Any color (except black and very dark colors)
• Straps - Any size - Not more than 1" off shoulders
• Shrugs are acceptable
• No halter straps
• No tank tops under formals
• Back - Not lower than natural bra line
• Slits - Not to exceed your knee

Socks - Nylons, knee highs or Peds (Strictly enforced at Supreme Assembly)

Shoes - Dress shoes (white or pastel, no higher than 1", sandals are not considered dress shoes)

Miscellaneous:

• No T-shirts with long skirts allowed
• Never any halter straps or revealing formals/dresses
• No cleavage showing when standing or bending over

Men

• Dress pants, dress shirt & tie (jacket optional)

Casual 

Ladies & Girls

Dress/Skirt

• Length - Must not be more than 2" above the knee

Pants/Jeans

• Worn at the natural waistline, hemmed, no holes

Shorts

• Not above mid-thigh, hemmed (no cut-offs), no holes

Shirts/Polos/T-Shirts

• Shirts must contain no print that is offensive or controversial.  Matching Assembly polos or T-shirts are appropriate.

Shoes

• Casual (no flip flops)

Men

• Casual pants and shirts are acceptable and should follow the same guidelines as stated above.

** For All Groups

• No hip huggers, cutoff/short shorts, tight pants, miniskirts, tube tops, halter tops, spandex shorts/pants, or flip flops.

Swimming          

• Bathing Suits - One-piece or two-piece providing the suit is in good taste and not revealing.  No string bikinis.
• Cover-up & Shoes - Mandatory in hotels and other facilities when traveling to and from the pool.
